Release 6.17.0 Summary

The primary focus of this release was the update to WordPress Core 6.3. This update contained a number of performance enhancements and other features that can be utilized in future development work.

Legal Page Templates

  • Page template creation for Terms of Use Agreement page. Documentation is in progress here. Note that we will be testing this out for new programs before migrating existing TOU pages.

Bug Fixes/Issues Backlog

  • Program Selector – Fix for issue with tab order for the program selector block (accessibility fix)
  • Maryville – Search – update to hide the filters inside buttons so that the search results appear further up the page on mobile
  • Fix for issue where primary navigation dropdown menus are getting cut off on smaller desktop screens
  • Card – Fix for issue where, when a card body has padding applied, but the outer column has a background color (where margin is more visible), the margin pushes the content outside what it should be
  • Hero – Fix for issue where option to hide content (subhead) on hero is not applying device-specific rules
  • Yoast auto redirects for RSC-MED #3607
  • Programs block – fix for issue where adding taxonomy filter crashes the block
  • Forms – Modal – Add a bottom-margin-2 (16px) to the intro text & bottom-margin-1 (8px) to the progress bar
  • Update to connects websites to Central Park data via UUID instead of fully qualified domain, to allow for legal templates to use CP data prior to site launch
