Global Settings

  • Default page background colour should be pulled from Global Settings – it is currently set to white
  • For PLPs, we would keep the same current behavior with no change (PLP backgrounds are set via the PLP background global setting for all PLPs)

FAQ and How-to Block

Note: the Yoast FAQ and How-to blocks were not being maintained by Yoast at the plugin level, so moving forward if you would like to utilize the updated functionality noted below (and in future releases), you should NOT use the Yoast block.

  • Add spacing between elements for FAQ and How-to blocks
  • Allow the font size of the FAQ questions and the How-to step titles to be changed using a drop-down selector for the various classes (similar to normal header/paragraph text)

Hero Block

  • Fix for issue where changing border width on Hero Homepage Form does not save
  • Fix for issue on Variation 1 & 2: Can’t set a mobile image (you can for desktop and tablet)

Column Builder

  • Fix for issue where the column offset values and reverse-columns-on-mobile settings behave at different breakpoint than columns stacking
  • Improved delineator for which 6/6/ layout is which

Notices/Banners

  • Fix for issue where text color doesn’t change in the admin

Sidebar

  • New setting to adjust sidebar title without affecting page title. This is found in the Post settings. See screenshot.
  • Adds ability to add space between each social icon in sidebar. See screenshot.

Table Block

Paragraph Block

  • Ability to insert icons inline with content via Flag icon next to bold/italics)

PLP Footer

  • Have all PLP post-types pull in the global PLP footer by default
  • Add toggle in global settings to prepend the copyright symbol and current year to the global copyright field #2977

Mini Site Program Blocks

  • Programs Tables – If program tables do not have the header section filled in, do not include an empty <h2> as this is causing SEO issues

Other

  • Fix for issue where certain environments were unavailable on UAT/Dev environments
